DUTIES OF THE UNIT

Organizing set-ups for the promotion and dissemination of R&D results, developed varieties and technologies, agricultural innovations and participating in organizations organized for this purpose, To prepare catalogues, brochures, leaflets for the promotion of the Institute, to organize printed and visual printing and publication works, Organizing Regional Group Meetings, To represent the Institute in the Provincial Technical Committee of Agricultural Extension and Consultancy in the provinces of Aksaray, Karaman, Konya, Nevşehir and Niğde, which are within our area of responsibility, to share information in the electronic environment, to organize training activities, To organize meetings of the Institute, to deal with the delegations coming to the Institute, to organize activities such as congresses, symposiums and panels, to provide library services, to follow the journals published by other institutions, Editing the Institute web page, keeping it up-to-date, following the information sharing social media accounts and forwarding the e-mails sent to the Institute e-mail addresses to the relevant people, To prepare the institute briefing file and annual activity reports, to prepare and carry out extension projects within the scope of disseminating agricultural innovations, Representing the Institute in Education Publication Department and TAGEM Information units, It is among the duties of this unit to prepare the information, documents and documents requested by the administration.
