Fiscal Affairs Unit

Fiscal Affairs Department has been expanding its field of activity since it was established. Within the framework of Accreditation and Quality Management System, it is established to implement managerial woks and to provide assistance to technical departments. 8 personnel are charged in this department.

Activities  performed are given below,

1) Officier of Chattel Control and Record

·     To prepare reports about chattel record, conservation and usage,

·     To decide on who is going to be responsible  personnel of chattel in departments,

·     To determine the principles and procedures of costless delivery of chattel between public administrations.

2)  Accountment

·     To prepare payment documents of salary, remuneration and deadheading pay and to make payments,

·     To advance an amount of salary, if it is requested,

·     To implement procedures of retirement and promotion of seniority,

·     To make payments of electricity, water and natural gas.

3) Purchase

·     To purchase insrtuments, kits, chemicals  and laboratory supplies for technical departments,

·     To purchase fuel, vehicle, clening and writing supplies for managerial departments.
