The Technical Delegation from Ministry of Agriculture of Somali visited our Institute. They were informed by Şenay Boyraz Topaloğlu, Head of Biodiversity and Genetic Resources Department, about the importance of Turkey's Plant Genetic Resources and the work flow, studies and projects of the Turkey Seed Gene Bank. The delegation visited the labs and departments of the Turkish Seed Gene Bank (TSGB) and received information. After TSGB visit, the group continued the trip with Biotechnology Research Centre (BRC), where Hümeyra Yaman, Dr.Cuma KARAOGLU and Fatma Gül Maraş gave a talk about studies. The group finalized the trip with molecular biology and plant tissue culture laboratory visit.
