Main purpose of Production and Operation Department is to plan and prepare the lands for projects run by International Agricultural Research and Training Center and to plan annual and perennial production in the rest of the area.

Total lands of our Directorate divides into two as; Center lands and Köyceğiz Trial and Demonstration Station Lands.

Center lands, in Menemen, are used for research and production. There is also a equipment pool for these practices in the Center.

Köyceğiz Trial and Demonstration Station is in Muğla, Köyceğiz.

Purpose of Köyceğiz TDS;

• To promote physical measures and infrastructure works in slooped and erosion risk areas,

• To demonstrate examples to farmers of the region in regard to practice agricultre without causing erosion.​
