Our Institute has received the "2017 Productivity Project Incentive Award" with the project titled "National Quality Movement Towards Institutional Improvement".The prize was awarded in the Public Category under the "Productivity Project Awards" traditionally organized by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology.The award ceremony was held on 08.05.2017 and awarded by the Minister of Science, Industry and Technology. Dr. Faruk ÖZLÜ by Institute Director Associate professor. Dr. Aynur ÖZBAHÇE and the project team. Since December 2013, the Institute has become one of the five public institutions that have been awarded for their efforts to increase productivity with the project mentioned. The achievements provided within the Institute which is awarded with the project are as follows:

1-The total number of projects in the last 10 years has been increased from 26 to 64,

2-Since the implementation of the project in the Institute, the performance of national broadcasting production has increased from 32 to 53,

3- The number of international publications is 46, while the average of the last three years is 4,

4-All the laboratories working in 6 different departments in the Institute successfully passed the audits by TURKAK in 2014 and completed the accreditation process in 33 analyzes.

5- In another parameter, the accreditation process was started in Proficiency Tests at 17043

6- Demo irrigation garden including 9 different irrigation systems for the education of domestic and foreign participants was established in the institute garden. This garden is the first and only garden in our country that has so many irrigation systems together,

7- With the financial support from the Ankara Development Agency, the Institute's infrastructure has been made suitable for disabled individuals, which constitute approximately 50 % of the population with their families. In this context, the first Institute in the TAGEM Research Institutes, which makes the sub-structure suitable for these special individuals,

8- Successfully passed the audits conducted by KALDER within the scope of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) model, which was launched in 2013 by the Institute and implemented in the framework of the "National Quality Movement for Corporate Excellence" project, which was launched in 2013 and received a "Stability Award" in November 2015. The institution which is the only institute of our Ministry that implements this model; Since 2015, it has also printed its name in internationally excellent institutions and is entitled to use the logos,

9- Toprak-Su Journal has been taken to the list of journals scanned by TUBITAK-ULAKBİM since 2014 and started to take its place in the Journal-Park Academic by taking DOI number,

10- Respectable Mrs. Emine ERDOĞAN has received the "Corporate Project Special Award" in the "Sustainability" theme at the closing ceremony of EXPO 2016 with the Social Responsibility Project "Protecting the Future" with the cooperation of the Ministry of National Education.

Mission To be awarded by the Minister of Science and Technology, which is the name of the Institute, which has the name of "Science", has increased our confidence in each other and added excitement to future works.

In this journey which is on its way to become an excellent institution by international standards, it continues its service with a conscious and enthusiastic aim to continue today and in the future as it is the fact that our institute, which constitutes the quality standard of living for the society, is going to be a "Modern Institute" on an international scale.
