Canadian Professor Norman LOONEY visited or institute between 5th and 9th of October to give some lectures about:
- fruit plants,
- thinning and post-harvest physiology,
- postharvest chemical application physiology effects,
- recent advances in physiology research in the world,
- the use of plant growth regulator on cherries, peach and apple,
- effects of plant nutrients on fruit quality and storage.
